Hire Charges
All rates are effective from 14th July 2025. Non-regular and party bookings must be paid in advance.

Children's Parties | £12.00 | £100 | Concession rate. Majority under 10; party must end by 5:00 PM. |
Free Setup Time: All bookings include 90 minutes of free time split between setting up and packing down. Any extra setup time will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
Inflatables: Please notify us upon booking if you plan to use a bouncy castle or other inflatables.
Other Situations: For custom events or unique requirements, please submit a request directly to the Hall Committee.
How to Book
⚠️ Important Note: Bookings are only held provisionally for a maximum of five days. Please submit your form and deposit promptly to avoid losing your slot.
Deposit Refund Conditions
Your £100.00 deposit will be transferred back to your bank account after your event, provided the hall is left in an acceptable condition for the next user. Please ensure:
