Hire Charges

 

All rates are effective from 14th July 2025. Non-regular and party bookings must be paid in advance.

 

  • User Type - Hourly Rate  - Required Deposit - Notes & Restructions
  • Regular Users  - £11.00 - None - For clubs/associations with a trustee on the committee. Minimum 1 hour.
  • None Regular Users - £17.00 - £100.00 - For casual, one-off, or private event bookings.
  • Children's Parties - £12.00 - £100 - Concession rate. Majority under 10; party must end by 5:00 PM.

  • Setup: Please ensure your booking time includes all the time you need to set up prior to your event & to pack away & clean the hall after your event.

  • Inflatables: Please notify us upon booking if you plan to use a bouncy castle or other inflatables an additional £10 one off fee will charged for bouncy castles etc.

  • Custom Events: For custom events or unique requirements, please provide the Bookings Secretary with the relevant information.

How to Book

  • Check Availability: Scroll down to view our live Bookings Calendar to see if your preferred date and time are free.
  • Contact the Secretary by emailing our Bookings Secretary, Julie, at bookings@wrestlingworthmemorialhall.org.uk
  • Secure Your Slot: Submit your booking form and transfer your deposit via bank transfer.

 

⚠️ Important Note: Bookings are only held provisionally for a maximum of five days. Please submit your form and deposit promptly to avoid losing your slot.

 

Deposit Refund Conditions

Your £100.00 deposit will be transferred back to your bank account after your event, provided the hall is left in an acceptable condition for the next user.

Please ensure:

  • All tables and chairs are wiped clean.
  • Equipment is stacked tidily away in its proper place as per the photos shared with you.
  • The main hall, kitchen, and facilities are left clean and tidy.
  • Rubbish is placed in the black bin bags (2) provided and removed from site or a £10 charge will be deducted from your deposit.
